Why is ICC silent about American war crimes?

That abduction of children during war is a crime is obvious.
But why the silence from the International Criminal Court (ICC) from America’s invasion of Iraq in 2003 using fabricated “evidence,” with its “shock and awe” massive bombing, killing thousands of civilians, destroying essential infrastructure, looting its museums and oilfields, setting up concentration and torture camps?
And the silence when the U.S., to avenge the deaths of a few thousands of Americans by the Saudi terrorists of 9/11, invaded Afghanistan and killed thousands of civilians, destroyed their infrastructure, and occupied it for some 18 years?
Weren’t these also “war crimes?” Or does the ICC allow the U.S. to act violently with impunity and only its “enemies” can be charged?
